The festival celebrates it’s 80 years of assembling for food, music, dancing, carnivals and parades. WBCA Carnival
Who doesn’t love the sights and sounds of a classic carnival? The WBCA Carnival is the biggest carnival in South Texas. Families have flocked to the carnival since 1975 and return each year as a fun family tradition.
